External walls: 20 cm thick Ytong and brick;
on the outside: 4 cm thick isolation of mineral wadding, colour silicate plaster. Internal distributing walls Ytong and brick, on two sides plaster pasteboard, isolation of mineral wadding. Internal barrage wall flatness: type Knauf (Austria) and 8 cm mineral wadding isolation.

PVC: stencil Shueko, Germany.
Roofs: Flat roofs with 10 cm of heat isolation and 2 cm of hydro isolation.
